After a career involving a lot of travel, Jim’s primary retirement focus is family. His daughters live in Salado and Houston; he and his wife have six wonderful grandchildren. Jim strongly supports CUWCD’s emphasis on science-based decision-making which balances protection and development of Bell County’s groundwater resources.
