Transparency under Texas Tax Code Section 26.18

Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 944 (S.B. 2), Sec. 57, eff. January 1, 2020.

This bill created a variety of new notice and posting requirements for groundwater districts in Texas that adopt a tax rate each year under Chapter 26 of the Texas Tax Code.
