NOTICE OF THE MEETING OF THE CLEARWATER UNDERGROUND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the above-named Board will attend an event on January 27, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Salado I.S.D. Administration Office in the Meadows Conference Room, 601 N Main Street, Salado, TX 76571
- Attend the Community Meeting hosted by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as it relates to the Salado Creek Land Partners LLC TPDES Permit for Municipal Wastewater.
This is not a regular board of directors meeting or work session. This notice is being posted in the event that a quorum of the District Board is in attendance at the event. In such event, the meeting will be a public meeting under Chapter 551, Government Code. No action will be taken by the Board members on behalf of the District at the event.
This public meeting is available to all persons regardless of disability. If you require special assistance to attend the meeting, please call 254-933-0120 at least 24 hours in advance if accommodation is needed.
