The following items of business will be discussed1. \nBoard Meeting: \n\nInvocation and Pledge of Allegiance.\nPublic comment.2\nApprove minutes of the August 13\, 2025\, Board meeting.\nHold Public Hearing on the proposed changes to District Rules.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to adopt changes to the District Rule\, by resolution.\nHold Public Hearing on the proposed changes to the Administrative Fee Schedule.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to adopt changes to the Administrative Fee schedule\, by resolution.\nHold Public Hearing on the proposed tax rate for tax year 2025.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to adopt the District Budget for FY2026.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to adopt the District tax rate for tax year 2025\, by resolution.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to approve surety bond for CTWA representative.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to approve the FY25 line-item budget amendments as requested.\nGeneral Manager’s Report concerning office management and staffing related to District Management Plan3.\nDirector comments and reports3.\nDiscuss agenda items for the next meeting.\nSet time and place for the next meeting.\nAdjourn.\n\n \nDated the ___15th day of August 2025. \nJody Williams\, Board President\nBy: Click here for original signed document\nDirk Aaron\, Asst.
