The well will be equipped with a maximum 2-inch column pipe with a submersible pump rate not to exceed 30 gallons per minute on the 88.47-acre tract located at 21801Williamson Road\, Salado\, TX 76571\n \nRequest for a Drilling and Operating Permit for a new well \nto produce water for domestic use in a shared well system serving no more than 8 homes and no more than 22 people. \n \nProposed annual quantity not to exceed 5.0 acre-feet or 1\,657\,465 gallons per year total.\n\n\n\n \nThe Applications for Permit and Permit Amendments\, if granted\, would authorize the permit holders to operate wells within the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District according to the terms and conditions set forth in the permit.
