DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PERMIT HEARING OF THE CLEARWATER UNDERGROUND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT \n\nNotice is hereby given that the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District will conduct a hearing on one Application for Permit as described below at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday\, August 12\, 2026\, Clearwater UWCD Board Room located at 640 Kennedy Court\, Belton\, Texas\, in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. \n \nThe hearing will be conducted on the following application: \n \n\n\n\nApplicant’s File Number/Name\nPermit Applicant/Holder and Landowner\nLocation of Well/Wells\nProposed Annual Groundwater \nWithdrawal Amount & Purpose of Use\n\n\n \nCombination \nDrilling & Operating Permit \n \nWell \nN3-26-001P \n \n \nMaricruz Bibian \n18787 Stillman Valley Rd \nFlorence\, TX 76527 \n \n(254) 458-7631\n \nProposed well to be completed to the Middle Trinity Aquifer (Hensell) in the Southwest Management Zone equipped with a maximum 1 ¼-inch column pipe \n \n9.994-acre tract located at 18787 Stillman Valley Rd \nFlorence\, TX 76527 \n \nLatitude 30.92269º Longitude -97.73330º \n \n \nTo produce groundwater for domestic use in a proposed annual quantity not to exceed 0.57 acre-feet or 185\,735 gallons per year\, at a maximum pumping rate not to exceed 7 gallons per minute \n \n\n\n\n \nThe Application for Permit\, if granted\, would authorize the permit holder to operate wells within the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District according to the terms and conditions set forth in the permit.
