The well is located in the Belton Lake Management Zone on contiguous tracts of land (PID 2508\, PID 132517) totaling 77.07 acres\, at 440 Jack Rabbit Road\, Nolanville\, Texas. \nLatitude 31.074866º\nLongitude -97.569997º\nThis permit will authorize the production of groundwater for industrial use at a proposed annual quantity not to exceed 6 acre-feet or 1\,955\,106 gallons per year\, at a maximum pumping rate of 110 gallons per minute. \n \n\n\n\nThe application for an operating permit for an existing exempt well would authorize the applicant to operate within the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District\, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the application\, subject to board deliberation and approval with potential limits and special provisions. A person wishing to submit a Contested Case Hearing Request\, as it relates to the proposed Operating Permit\, under District Rule 6.10.15(d)\, who is unable to appear at the hearing on the date and time set forth above\, must also file a motion for continuance with CUWCD demonstrating good cause for the inability to not appear.\n\nThe Applications for Permit and Permit Amendments\, if granted\, would authorize the permit holder to operate wells within the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District according to the terms and conditions set forth in the permit.
