DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PERMIT HEARINGS OF THE CLEARWATER UNDERGROUND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT \n Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District will conduct public hearings on the permits as described below at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday\, February 16\, 2022\, in the Clearwater UWCD Board Room located at 700 Kennedy Court\, Belton\, Texas\, in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. \nThe public hearings will be conducted on the following applications: \n\n\n\nApplicant’s File Number/Name\nPermit Applicant/Holder and Landowner\nLocation of Well/Wells\nProposed Annual Groundwater Withdrawal Amount & Purpose of Use\n\n\nContinuance of \nOperating Permit Hearing \nrelated to: \n \nN2-20-008P \nExisting Well \n \nN2-20-009P \nExisting Well\n \nWhitley 20 Stillman Valley LLC \n \nc/o Russell Spillers \nTexas Veterans Properties LLC \n8127 Mesa Dr. #206-53 \nAustin\, TX 78759 \n \n(512) 814-7357 \n \n \nThe proposed permits are for two wells \nlocated at: \n \nWell #1 (N2-20-008P): \nLatitude:30.928700º \nLongitude: -97.7168527º \n \nWell #2 (N2-20-009P): \nLatitude 30.928214º \nLongitude -97.717865º \n \nCompleted to the Hosston Layer of the Trinity Aquifer. The wells are equipped with a maximum 2-inch column pipe with a submersible pump rate not to exceed 17 gallons per minute on the 43.435-acre tract located on the corner of Stillman Valley Road and Firefly Road\, Florence\, TX \n \n \n \n \nRequest for an Operating Permit on an existing well\, \n \nWell #1: N2-20-008P for an operating permit authorized to serve 7 homes and not to exceed 1.95 ac-feet/yr or 634\,662 gallons per year. \n \nWell #2: N2-20-008P for an operating permit of authorized to serve 7 homes and not to exceed 1.95 ac-feet/yr or 634\,662 gallons per year. \n \nBoth wells are completed in the Hosston Layer (Lower Layer) of the Trinity aquifer to produce groundwater for domestic us in a shared well agreement.\n\n\nCombination \nDrilling & Operating Permit Hearing related to: \n \nN1-21-004P\nScott Gillman\n7573 Chaparral Rd.\nKilleen\, TX 76542\n6.704-acre tract located at 7573 Chaparral Road\, Killen\, Texas \n1 Proposed well in the Middle Trinity Aquifer with a 1 ¼ inch column pipe and maximum 17gpm. \n \nLatitude 31.024884º \nLongitude -97.667624º \n \n.389 acre-feet per year or 127\,020 gallons per year from the Middle Trinity Aquifer for domestic use.\n\n\n\n \nThe Applications for Permit and Permit Amendments\, if granted\, would authorize the permit holders to operate wells within the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District according to the terms and conditions set forth in the permit.
