DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF THE MEETING OF THE CLEARWATER UNDERGROUND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT\n\n\nNotice is hereby given that the above-named Board will attend an event on December 16\, 2024\, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Bell County Historic Courthouse\, 2nd floor Commissioners Court Chambers\, located at 101 Central Avenue\, Belton\, Texas.\n\n\n1. Attend the Bell County Commissioner’s Court meeting and retirement reception honoring Commissioner Bill Schumann and Contract Management Phil Goodwill.\n\n\nThis is not a regular board of directors meeting or work session. This notice is being posted in the event that a quorum of the District Board is in attendance at the event. In such event\, the meeting will be a public meeting under Chapter 551\, Government Code. No action will be taken by the Board members on behalf of the District at the event.\n\n\n\nThis public meeting is available to all persons regardless of disability.
