Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District (“District”) Board of Directors (“Board”) will hold two (2) public hearings in accordance with Texas Water Code (“TWC”) Chapter 36.326 to receive input on the “Petition for Annexation of Western Williamson County” (“Petition”), which was delivered to the Board by the citizens of Williamson County on September 6, 2023.

Habiendo cumplido con los criterios legales para una petición de anexión prescritos por TWC § 36.325, la Junta DEBER set the time and place of separate hearings on the Petition, and at least one hearing shall be held in the existing District boundaries and at least one hearing shall be held in the Petition Territory. At its December 13, 2023, open meeting, the Board ordered the setting of two (2) hearings, as follows:

February 12, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. at the Cedar Park Recreation Center, 1435 Main St, Cedar Park, TX, 78613.
February 13, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. at the Harris Community Center, 401 N Alexander St, Belton, TX, 76513.
