DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF THE MEETING OF THE CLEARWATER UNDERGROUND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT \nDecember 14\, 2022 \n \nNotice is hereby given that the above-named Board will hold a Workshop and Board meeting on Wednesday\, December 14\, 2022\, beginning at 1:30 p.m.\, in the Clearwater UWCD Board Room located at 700 Kennedy Court\, Belton\, Texas. The following items of business will be discussed1. \nWorkshop: \n\nReceive presentation from Mike Keester related to the Update of Groundwater Pumping in Northern Travis and Williamson Counties.\nReceive updated information related to the ACA proposed annexation.\nReceive information related to the Lower Trinity Aquifer proposed water level monitoring system.\nReceive update related to Karst Coalition and Bel/Cor RHCP.\nReceive information related to Groundwater Management Area 8\, per the Joint Planning and Development of the Round 4 Desired Future Conditions.\n\nBoard Meeting: \n\nInvocation and Pledge of Allegiance.\nPublic comment2.\nApprove minutes of November 9\, 2022\, Board meeting.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to accept the monthly financial report for November 2022 (FY23) as presented.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to accept the monthly investment fund account report for November 2022 (FY23) as presented.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to swear in Board of Directors for Precincts 2 & 4 and At-Large and administer oaths of office.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to set the calendar dates for 2023.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to approve the Lower Trinity Water Level Monitoring Program.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to approve the FY23 line-item budget amendments as requested.\nDiscuss\, consider\, and take appropriate action\, if necessary\, to approve the requested waivers of property line setbacks submitted by Mr. Jorge J. Substantive deliberation and formal action on any of these issues will be conducted pursuant to a specific item on a future agenda.
