Dirk Aaron grew up in Florence, Texas and now resides with his wife Cindy in Salado, Texas. He served as the General Manager of Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District for over 14 years. Prior to that, Dirk was a County Extension Agent for the Texas AgriLife Extension Service for 30 years. He served in multiple counties across Texas in the areas of Production Agriculture, Beef Cattle Production, Swine Production, Horticulture and Economic Development.
